Sanjana has over 10 years of experience in commercial arbitration, litigation and advisory work. Her areas of practice span commercial, civil and corporate disputes, shipping, maritime, logistics, international sales of goods, cross border disputes and consumer protection.

Before joining our team, Sanjana practiced full-time at the High Court and Civil Courts in Mumbai, appearing regularly in commercial and maritime matters. She was also actively involved in a number of domestic and international commercial arbitrations.

Sanjana’s exposure to and fluency with commercial law and disputes allows her to see the bigger picture. Thus, she is able to effectively advise clients in relation to their commercial dealings and disputes they may find themselves involved in.
