Sai Teja is a co-founding partner of A&T Law Partners. With over a decade in practice, he advises founders, investors, developers and established businesses on general corporate matters, transactions, commercial contracts and real estate.

He serves as external general counsel and advisor to several businesses, including Indira IVF, Café Niloufer, G. Pulla Reddy Sweets, 1Acre.in and a number of technology companies. In this role he handles their day-to-day legal needs, from contracts and compliance to disputes and strategic decisions.

Before co-founding A&T, he was in-house counsel at Mylan Pharmaceuticals, Apollo Hospitals, Nestaway and Coursera. He gives commercially grounded advice, drafts documents that work in practice, and keeps turnaround times that match the pace of business.
